My Poll Survey question was, ''Who do you think is going to win the 2011 World Series"? I had choices ranging from the St. Louis Cardinals, who got 83% of the votes, Philadelphia Phillies, 16%, the New York Yankees and Boston Redsocks, who both got 0%. But I would have to agree with the Cardinal fans! I think we will win this year! Go Cards!

Creepy French Prison Guard

 The governor of a French prison, Florent Goncalves, 41 is under investigation for having a sexual affair with a female inmate,  Emma Arbabzadeh,who was jailed for taking part in a kidnapping, and murder.

 Goncalves, who runs the Versailles women prison admitted to have "fallen in love" with the current inmate. He planned on starting a life with her once she got out of prison, he told police. Investigators said that she made them loose their senses. They would give her packages containing cell phone cards, and money, and giving her easy jail work.

 Arbabzadeh, who is serving a nine year sentence for her part in the kidnapping of Ilan Hilimi, a 23 year old French Jew. Prosecutors say that she charmed and persuaded him to meet her for coffee. A gang called "The Barbarians", then bundled him up and threw him in a trunk. The gang tortured Halimi for weeks and demanded a ransom. Arbabzadeh was promised about $6,676 for her part in the plot.
 Halimi was eventually found naked and tied to a tree outside Paris. He died before reaching the hospital.

Snow Day

During the snow day, I went and got my car inspected,went sledding with Jessie Stein, Jeremy Shell and Cody Billet. Then we went to the movies and saw Fighter.
